For Netflix’s Consumer Messaging Program, I wrote bilingual English and LATAM Spanish copy for title campaigns across email, mobile push notifications, in-app messaging, and platform/interface touchpoints.
The work focused on turning each show’s positioning into concise, channel-ready messaging that could spark discovery, build launch awareness, and drive viewing intent. Across titles, I adapted copy for mobile readability, character limits, cultural nuance, platform standards, and audience relevance.
